Export hangs when exporting address processing information
When exporting address information from the Address Processing category, export hangs for approximately 75 hours.



Good to know this is resolved...

haha I wonder what made it so specific, time-wise. Sounds like the famous '500 mile email' story.

Yeah, I can't tell you how many times I've sat at my desk for 75 hours just waiting for an export to run.

Now what do I do with all my spare time?

My Blackbaud contact that worked on this issue tells me that the export module was configured to use old neutrino-based code for transmission but once the CERN scientists discovered the new faster than light neutrinos they were able to solve the issue.

A user will now get data before they click the Export button.

Unfortunately everyone's annual maintenance fees will rise considerably since BB had to license the new technology from the Italian government who are of course attempting to keep their country out of default.
