The Blackbaud User Society was created in 2006 with a singular purpose:
Help clients and users of Blackbaud fundraising software get the most out of their software investment.
Blackbaud products are not cheap. Then again neither is a Mercedes, but with both you get what you pay for. Unfortunately many non-profits do not use their software to anywhere near its full potential. Blackbaud does offer support and training but the end-users of the software have been in the trenches. We know what its like to be too busy to write a policy and procedure manual for Raiser's Edge. We get it when you track that one event in a spreadsheet because you just don't know how to make RE do it. Most of all we know what it feels like to have Raiser's Edge make your job harder instead of making it easier like it is supposed to.
Within this site you'll find help, resources, and a community that understands you know you can do more but are not sure where to start.
