It might be possible they will need to upgrade SQL server and then RE is actually a 2 step upgrade since your running such an old version (7.85 first then 7.91). Presuming RE is on its own server then a test environment and production could all be upgraded within a week or 2.

Make sure your fully aware of 7.91 upgrade info regarding loosing credit card information etc.
