We just installed Internet Explorer 8 on our computers here. Now nothing on our Net Community pages is showing except on the home landing page - the landing page is the only thing that has stayed intact. The templates also have stayed intact, its blank in the middle other than the home page. Any ideas?

Under tools in IE8 select compatipility view mode remove the check mark display all websites in compatibility mode.

Sorry - I should have mentioned we have already tried that. it was the first thing that Blackbaud suggested, long with returning all my setting to default - neither one had any effect.

Since the landing page is fine but the rest aren't, I'm wondering if there is a setting within NetCommunity that could be the problem. Something is making IE recognize the code from that page but not any of the others???

Can you send me the URL? I can look at it on my end. Also do you have FireFox or Chrome? Try the site in one of those and see if the issue is still there. What version of BBNC do you have?

yes, I can, but thus far we have found that it works fine on all browsers other than the ones installed in our office. it even works on a version of internet explorer 8 on our IT analysts computer and in our conference room, but not on our pcs! The version of BBNC would be the latest - its so new to us we are still in test. But, we have had no problems accessing the pages from anywhere - including at home - just here.

If you have the latest version of BBNC 6.45 then you should be using IE9. The only other thing comes to mind is security settings.
