Not sure if you received the message later in the day from BB that AT&T was having some issues and it was affecting BB.com and related resources.

We are experiencing an issue that may affected your hosted and non-hosted Blackbaud service.
AT&T is currently experiencing DNS issues that are affecting many customers, mainly on the East Coast, but intermittently across the US. As a result, Blackbaud customers are experiencing intermittent connectivity to Blackbaud.com and resources used by Blackbaud.com, which include:
• Patron's Edge
• Blackbaud NetSolutions
• Blackbaud Merchant Services
• Blackbaud NetCommunity
• Blackbaud Direct Marketing
• Blackbaud Internet Solutions
Blackbaud Patron's Edge, NetSolutions and Merchant Service clients are unable to log into their portal, self-provision, and/or send email. Patron's Edge and NetSolutions client sites may also experience intermittent inability to access their sites.
Blackbaud NetCommunity, Direct Marketing, and Internet Solutions customers that are on premise are unable to send emails.
AT&T is actively working the issue and is unable to provide an estimated resolution time. We will have sporadic periods of connectivity until the root cause is addressed.
Please note that any email jobs that are unsent are queuing. Some jobs are sending, but because connectivity is intermittent, there may be email jobs that are delayed. All email jobs are queueing and any unsent jobs will be sent when the services are restored.
We will continue to provide you regular updates regarding this issue, and appreciate your patience while our Engineers work with AT&T towards resolution.
