We are having a problem with our media tab in that we have archived a load of old files using the format Adobe 9. I have since found out that RE is not compatible with Adobe 9 and hence I cannot open any of the files (that I have since shredded!)
I was wondering if anyone knows of a back way in to download these files and then I can change the format to version 8.
