One of our initiatives this year is to build a purposeful engagement program with our alumni and donors. The plan is almost finalized, but the tracking and reporting structure is not. Do any other colleges or universities have a program and process guide they would be willing to share? For example, I would need to track purchases from our Raven Store and our online photo store. I have a couple of ideas, such as to create engagement events in the event module, to use appeals, or actions with attributes for the category, or just attributes. I haven't came up with an idea that I really like yet. It has to be quantifiable to work.
