TOPIC: Global Change Proposals

I really NEED to be able to query on and global change proposals. Import/Export is not enough - Especially when query/export can't filter the exact proposals I need to change. Much more complicated than need be.

DONE AND DONE! I couldn't agree more with this. I would love to be able to work with proposal records the same way I work with gift or constituent campaign or appeal or whatever records.
