Thank you for sharing your experiences and lessons. We have been through one very interesting implementation (RE/PE/PEO) and I'm wondering if we're crazy to be considering a second with BBNC. It's always good to take lessons learned from the first one and not make them again!!

Thank you for all the feedback on your experience. We felt the same way about support and training when we implemented our BB ticketing system, which also has an online component. And identifying who will take which role is so important, within the organization. We're still figuring that out.

At this point, what we'd be using it for (or why we are looking into it) is for online donations and recurring gifts online. Do you use Net Community in conjunction with the EFT module?

Patron's Edge can take online donations - but on a very basic level. We are looking to set up a recurring gift program and member auto renewal (using the EFT module) and don't mind this being manual entry for it's initial set up. We don't have the online functionality we need, so we need a way to gather the needed information securely. We could definitely go with a paper form that folks mail in, but we'd like to have some online capacity for accepting these. So we don't want a 3rd part

Who do you use for your 3rd party provider?

We use RE and PE but would like to start a recurring gift program and are exploring ways to securely gather the needed information. We are okay with setting these up in RE manually. The other option appears to be adding another Blackbaud product line, like Spark.
