Hi all,

I am trying to create an Organizational Relationship/Reciprocal pairing to label a business owner and his/her company.

Here are some pairing that I have come up with;

Relationship/Reciprocal
Business/Principal
Company/Owner

I was wondering how other organizations are labeling this type of relationship.

We use the second option - Company/Owner.

We wanted to keep our relationship/reciprocal table as simple as possible, so we use Employer/Employee but pirated another field on the relationship screen and changed "Profession" to "Relationship Category" in order to capture this additional level of information.

We only use it right now to identify Chairs of boards or committees, but this structure could be used to provide this additional level of detail about relationships.
