I wouldn't look much further than Blackbauds vey own Address Accelerator. I did come across another org that used Quick Address with RE some time ago but for speed of entry BB's validator worked really well.
With AddressAccelerator, you can correct and update addresses for All Records, Selected Records, or One Record, as well as print an Updated Address Report.You can use AddressAccelerator with several parts of The Raiser’s Edge to look up, correct, and validate addresses: in Batch, on the address screen of a constituent record, and on the PostalSaver tab in Mail if you also have the optional module Mailsort.
