Address Attribute coding?

Suggestions on how to code the accounts....we are in a seasonal area and have 2, 3 or 4 addresses for some of the donors....we would like to categorize the local address into areas....we have several associations (subdivisions) within the city....should we be setting up attributes within each address, use the region field, or ? Thanks for any input.

My advice would be to keep things as simple as possible, using Address Types and Seasonal Dates. The region field would be good to use (that's what its there for) for the local address areas, and if you need to have something more detailed, then use Attributes.

I would suggest using the Region code but does everyone know the regions? If you have the VBA or API you may want to set up a process to run every night to add regions based on a query. Otherwise have someone run those queries once (or a few times?) a week to find those without regions or with wrong regions.
