Form for recording Actions and Notes
Hi All,

We are setting up a large solicitation project, and none of the solicitors will have access to RE. I am the one who will be doing the data entry....

I am trying to design a form that can be used to send me information on contacts made so that I can record the information in Actions and Notes.

Before I re-invent the wheel - has anybody done anything similar - do you have a form you could share? Any advice - this is a first for me?

This is our old form. Our tables are a little different now.

That's a great looking form, Andrea! I'm going to try it for one of our staff members who refuses to use a computer - we can't even get him to make notes in Word or Outlook. Thanks for posting it!
