Rep Power: 0  | I agree with the actions route. The action detail report is nice and you'd be able to see by solicitor all of one board member's actions, notes, etc.
As for the board meeting itself, I'd say it doesn't need to be its own event. An action would also do, as you can give it a type of meeting, the date, time, etc. and it is easily queryable to see who attended. |
