We want to mail to employees and elected officials (Relationship code) of certain organizations in a query. Some of the relationships are non-constituents, some are individual constituents (some are contacts, some are not: that is not a criterion). When using Quick Letters to produce the mailing list, the resulting list also includes relationships of the individual constituents - not just the employee and elected officials of the organziations in the original query. No filtering options appear when processing Quick Letters to Relationships. Has anybody run into this and figured a way to get just the particular relatationships of the Organizations, not all the relationships of the individuals who are relatiohships of the organizations?

The only way you can get to specific relationships is if they are contacts and even then they have the same contact type or the same address attribute. Relationship Code is not enough.

You will need to be sure to come up with a system of marking contacts with the codes you want then you can extract them.
