I would be curious to know if others have the need and or would like to have the ability to add a general annotation to a batch - particularly a recurring batch? Or is this even a issue for other users?

We have the situation in which one person does the majority of the inputting to batches but a second person has access and needs to advise the other person of some issue regarding a batch. For example the issue may not particularly relate to one constituent or it maybe regarding a constituent who has been removed from a recurring batch one month but will be added back in the next month. >>

It honestly is not an issue for me because I do not use recurring batches.

I prefer the EFT module where you simply go to the constituent's gift and use the "skip this transaction" button and when you run your monthly gifts that month they are not there but they automatically return the following month.
