When pulling a list to include Addressee and Salutation in the output, how does that work for Organizations in R.E.? There isn't an Addressee tab for Organizations and I would like the Primary Contact under Relationships to pull for those two fiels.

Where are you in RE?

Assuming you are in Mail you set up which contact to mail to you go to the organizations tab and choose your contacts by type or by address attribute.

You then set up which addresse to use on the fields to use tab by clicking on the options button that lights up when you have addressee (or salutation) highlighed. From there you select your options for individuals, orgs and contacts (select from list).

I was hoping to pull those fields in a Query if possible. I didn't see it under Output when pulling Organization in the Criteria.

Don't think I'll be using Mail for this purpose right now. This was more of a clean-up of Addressees and Salutation of a specific list rather than a letter being sent out.

It would be "relationships" and then the "contact" for the contact's address/salutation.

What is we're pulling this same info from export?

I've already built my query and now I have to export it, so I went to Export and now I need to send to contact's at the orgs. We don't want to send to org's with no contact. I did a constituent export but I get lost when I try to find the contact info for the orgs.

Instead of address, it's in address processing. You'll get the popup asking you whether you want to mail to the org or the contact, with the same options as you get in RE:Mail.
