Are there others with the same issue?

Yes I'm having problems too. I'm just trying to check the Knowledgebase but it just times out.

I have not been able to check forum postings on blackbaud.com either.

I work remote and tried the web from home and from my workstation at my office. No luck.

I called from my home land line and from my cell phone and both give me a message that the number is no longer in service or has been disconnected.
