I'm about to start accepting registrations for our Annual Golf Outing - which I'm going to run through the Events Module for the first time. Looks like I can set up foursomes either using the Team Information tab for participants - or by using the Seating Chart.
We do a shotgun start on a "dual" 18 hole course. (A North 18 and a South 18) For each foursome I'll need to know if the start on the North or South course, which hole, and who the four golfers are. I'm leaning towards the Participant Information tab - although it seems like I could set up a seating chart and do this as well.
Looking for feedback/suggestions from those of you who have done this before.

My thought, even before I had read your solution was to use seating charts. i LOVE the events module and its flexibility .. this is a great example of that.

Seating chart it is! Fortunately I have an event coordinator who grasps the concept that in this case "tables" will match the holes on the golf course.
