Has anyone experienced credit card transactions voiding in NetMembers? We use VeriSign (which is now PayPal) and on our transaction reports, some of our credit card transactions are voiding themselves. The transaction is first authorized, and then almost instantly voiding. After much run-around and finger pointing, Blackbaud determined that it is a bug on their part and that the case is with the programmers. I can't seem to get an update from them and have tried to escalate the case many times and have contacted our account rep and haven't heard anything from her either. This puts us in a very bad sopt. To the user, it looks like the transaction went through fine. We have to contact them and try to collect the money that looks like a legitimate charge on their part. Ultimately, it makes us look bad and to the user, it just looks like a zoo problem and not a Blackbaud problem. Has anyone else experienced this? please watch your transaction report from whoever you clear through. if we had not been watching closely, who knows when we would have discovered this!
