We have RE:Open/ RODBA as part of our maintenance, but have never used it. I know some SQL, so I figured maybe there's a way I can make some use of it. I'm curious how others out there use it. I realize this is nice vague question, but I'm hoping to hear some suggestions. --- Thanks
I use RODBA to learn the table structure, which guides me when I create a custom, back-end report. I usually access the back-end with SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Manager. I often connect it to our test environment, and make changes to records using the front-end of RE, and then see how it affects the table.
I've done a ton of quality assurance using RODBA.

We have attached using MS Access and PHP web pages. This is read-only, queries so not everyone that needs the information has to have RE on their desktop. It works quite nicely.
