I'm having a problem with RE:Anywhere and I'm hoping maybe someone might have a clue as to what is going on. When we try to save an action we get an error stating that the path is not found/invalid. Has anyone had this error before?
I have contacted Blackbaud and they seem to think it is a permissions issue but I've checked the permissions and they don't seem to be a problem.
Since I posted this I have discovered that I can't save anything in RE:Anywhere. Basically if you try to save an action on someone's record it goes to file/ path access error. If the error message is pointing to something specific I can't tell. It doesn't matter what type of action it was, I've tried several.
