I am looking for some assistance in Event Management, our Events team will be using TRE for a limited number of events (usually where our interests cross ie graduation, public lectures and dinners to name a couple.
I was hoping someone out there would have some guidelines for using TRE under such circumstances or simiilar. The first part, recording who is invited and their response is the easy bit, what I am then looking for is how to record that extra bit of information ie dietry requirements (I am currently using attributes), also if an individual is processing at graduation information such as their graduating uni/Award, their hat size, things that will not necessarily change year on year.
Does anyone have such a policy or even just some advice on your everyday practices may help in putting my own policies together, if anything comes of it I will post here when complete.
