We are attempting to use the Honor/Memorial Acknowledgement Letter to send a letter to the acknowledgee signifying that gifts were given to your loved one. I am using the Acknowledgee Addresseee and Acknowledgee Salutation fields on the letter. I expected to see Mrs. Josephine Smith and Mrs. Smith with those two fields, but instead I am just getting Josephine Smith in both. When I go into the H/M record there is no way for me to put in the title. This happens no matter if the spouse has a constituent record or not, but we do have a relationship setup for these cases. Has anybody encountered this before and were you able to correct it?
The relationship title field has Mrs. in it and the relationship and reciprocal field both have spouse in them. If you pick the H/M tab then click on the in memory of with the husband's name then a new box pops up with the wife's name in it without the title, only her first and last names.
but it should still pull the correct salutation if it is set up in the General 2 Tab in the relationship and the Option is set in H/M Acknowledgement letter fields for Honor/Memorial Acknowledgee Addressee and Salutation.

in the output have you clicked on the options when it is on Addressee or Salutaion. You choose there to pull the addressee or salutation or the default is to give you the full name with no titles, etc.
