Does anyone use this module? If so how does it work for you?

Hey Stephanie,

I know it's been a while since you asked if anyone was using the planned giving module, and if so, how. I see you didn't get any responses, but I was wondering the same thing. Will I be sorry down the road if we don't utilize this software now. We're just beginning a formalized planned giving program, and I'm trying to figure out what and what not to invest in from the get go.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

We have the planned giving module, and quite frankly, I don't know why. It was purchased back before I worked here and I'd say from our standpoint it is not worth the additional cost. If your org. has a considerable number of planned gifts not yet realized or something, it might be worth it for reporting and such, but I really have done nothing in it that I can't see being able to track in the gift and/or other tabs within the standard software. I'd be interested to hear from people who advocate for having it and why.
