Hello, We are running into the following problems with Address Accelerator and hope some of you might have a solution. When a user updates a record it can take between 5 and 30 seconds for the address to validate through the AA. This occurs both with a new and updated address. As you may guess this hurts our productivity and makes the users cranky. We have the data files on the RE server and the clients access it across the network. I know that some of this has to do with the network bogged down or the client has only 1G of memory in their workstation.
Our database server is a new box with 6G of RAM and plenty of free disk space. Our RE database is about 7GB and on average has about 20 users active at one time. Overall, is there a way or a configuration that would speed up the search process so the users do not have to wait?
