Has anyone purchased the Address Finder product form Blackbaud Data Enrichment Services? We did a huge mailing and we have been getting back tons of returned mail. We are thinking of purchasing the product but I wanted to see what other organization thought of it.

We use the UK version, so I can't comment directly on the US version. I presume the interface is the same, even though the underlying data is different. It is very powerful and easy to use. You can get it to automatically correct addresses if you want, but with UK addresses they aren't as standardised as US ones (we could have 10 lines!) so from what I've seen it's best guess isn't always right.
I run it four times a year before our big mailings. I think it is great. We have actually stopped putting address correction requested on our direct mail envelopes. The cost of Address Finder is less than all that returned mail.I am surprised at how many changes their really is. People in this country seem to move around a lot.
I would agree, AddressFinder is a great and easy solution to your problem. We have greatly decreased the amount of returned mail by running Address updating twice yearly plus doing address service on one or two of our newsletter mailings per year (which is now pretty inexpensive due to the help from running AddressFinder updates), we get very little returned mail now.
