Using Queue with Custom Crystal Reports

I searched the forum but didn't see any posts on this. Have any of you been able to use Queue with a custom report in RE? I've been told this is "broken". I've also been told that BB thinks the reason may be related to Crystal XI. Well, that application is been given with RE for awhile now. It's hard to believe no one else has noticed a problem.

We've just started using Queue.Most of my reports are custom reports. I have many many reports. I need to automate them. The "workaround" of exporting each one manually daily is not feasible. Does anyone out there have any other suggestions or solutions to this issue?

Did you ever get a resolution for this? I'm facing the same situation with a client who has not started using Queue yet, but has almost all of their reports as custom reports.

What version of RE are yoiu using and what version of Crystal? (Looks like it's Crystal XI).

I would highly recommend this is something we bring up at the conference. It's longstanding significant problem that concerns a module we pay additional maintenance for, and one of the single most important reasons people buy it (to automate report publishing) doesn't work.
