Rep Power: 0  | Conditional mail merge for membership renewals I hoping someone can help me. I have no formal Raiser's Edge training other than the online course for managing memberships. I have entered my constituents (about 700) and their corresponding membership data. I have now worked at setting up my renewal letters however I'm obviously overlooking something. Here was my process:
1. Letters - Renewal Letters - Custom.
2. As a test run I selected membership who will be expiring from now until the end of the year
3. I then sent to the Mail Merge Wizard and used the Membership letter (that I set up in the membership categories) as the criteria for a conditional mail merge.
4. I typed all my letters and input the fields from RE and saved them.
Here is the problem....
I hit MERGE and I got only ONE letter which actually had an expiry date for March of this past year.
So my questions are...
1) Why is it not pulling the correct records?
2) Why am I only getting one letter after the merge?
Any help is appreciated! |
