I just realized that the awards information I have been entering for the past few days has not been saving. I am entering the information from the individual participant record accessed through the constituent record. I click 'OK' on the awards window, 'Save and Close' on the participant record, and 'Save and Close' on the constituent record. When I go back to the participant record to view the awards, the awards button no longer has a red check mark, and the entry is missing. The problem seems to occur after I save and close out of the participant record, because the entry is still visible after clicking 'OK' in the awards window. I have entered awards many times before and never had this problem.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

We had that experience here but with entering notes in the action tab in the constientuent record. Have you looked to see if the access to edit records has changed. I'm not sure if that will help but it's worth the try...

Thanks for the quick response! I checked user permissions and no one has secretly banned me from adding, editing or deleting awards or, for that matter, anything else.
