Hi,

I am trying to run a membership report of Active Members by month for the past 3 Fiscal Years. I tried using the Month/Year Stats Report but it gaved me some incorrect numbers for the past 6 months. Also this report generates numbers very different than the Membership Stats by Category report. Which is different than a query of active members. Can anyone tell me which is the correct way to get real membership #s? And why does these different reports generate different #s? I'm guessing they are counting transactions (upgrades/downgrades during cycle) as a new membership. Any and all help appreciated. Thanks

I have found my queries to be more accurate as I can specify the exact information I'm looking for. I do not know why the reports are like that but I have the same problem.

We are having the same problem - have you checked this out with Blackbaud? If so, what did Blackbaud say.
