Rep Power: 0  | Exporting registration fees due for invoices I'm not sure where exactly to post this question so here goes....
I would like to pull the participant information from an event - specifically their registation fees - for those who haven't paid so that after the event I can send invoices to those who still need to pay. We have a lot of golfers and conference registrants who don't pay until later.
Right now they are thinking they will pull the info from our accounting software since it is designed to produce invoices. The problem is that most of the constiuents are not customers in the accounting program so it would involve a lot of data entry into it - and when everything we need is already sitting in RE I don't see this as productive.
In past years they manually entered all the info into a word document or something. I tried doing a merge into word last year.....one that would show the registration fee, unit, cost and if part or all had been paid that gift amount and date would be on a different line.
My problem is how to number the invoices and keep track of what number invoice went to each constituent. And secondly if the report could subtract any existing payments to leave a balance owing that would be great.
Any ideas would be very helpful!!
