When I run a Constituent Import that includes phone number information, the import program appears to map all the import file fields to the correct RE fields, but the import does not work because, according to the control report, I am getting an exception that the Phone Type shown does not exist. The phone type is Home in the file, but the exception report is showing the AddImpID data as the excepted phone type! I have been on live support with RE and they are also baffled. Anyone out there had this problem?

Hi Harriet. I've been importing a lot the last while, and although I'm far from an expert--perhaps it would help if you posted all the fields you are trying to import. :-)
