I've been asked to give the number of donors who have not contributed in the last 3, 5, and 10 years. I need to do a query on date ranges in which donors did give for each before I run the non-contributors report. But what should my criteria be? For example, for the 3 year one should I only look at those donors who gave in the year previous to 3 years ago? Or should I go back further than that? How do others report on lapsed donors?
