Hi,

I have 2 queries.

The criteria for the first one is:
Constituency Code equals client
AND specific attribute date referred date equals last calendar yr

The 2nd one is:
Constituency Code equals client
AND specific attribute date referred date between 01/01/2007 and 31/12/2007

Shouldn't they pull the same number of records? I made the output the same on both but the 2nd one pulls 25 more records than the first one. I need an accurate count of clients referred in 2007 so which one is right?

Might be worth checking that you've got the same options selected for include inactives, include deceased and include no valid addresses. That's all I can think of.

Thanks - that was it! Now I feel silly - One included inactive and the other didn't. I keep telling the people entering clients not to mark them as inactive when they stop being a client - guess I'll have to tell them again!
