Not sure if this is the right place - however I have a question...

If you are adding a proposal to this prospect how can you have just the fund #'s connected to the campaign included in the proposal just come up and not the 500 funds that we have listed?

In my Campaign tab I do have the funds connected...just in case that's one step that I need to take...I hope this makes some kind of sense...

on the campaign record there should be a checkbox somewhere that says "restrict gift entry to funds listed" or something like that.

I don't think it applies to the proposals though - just gift records.

my bad - I just tested this out, and yes the restriction does work in the proposal
