I've been asked to research the benefits and costs of running our database through some sort of mojo that tells us who our donors are, how much they're worth and why they want to throw money at us. I know I've read through some posts in the forums that talk about a points value or something of the sort? I think this is what I'm supposed to look into.
I'm supposed to research Blackbaud options as well as any others that might be more cost-effective.
