Successful PE to RE Integration?

I am interested in finding out how many organizations have successful bi-directional integrations between Patron Edge and Raiser's Edge.

Does the integration do everything you were told it would do?

If you are having problems or the integration is not working as expected, what are those things that are not working?

Hi Elise- We integrated PE and RE at my previous job. It wasn't an easy process, in fact, it took about 1.5 years to get it done BUT that was before the current edition. It has been running successfully for about 9 months. It isn't nearly as straight forward a process as people might think but Blackbaud has finally seemed to get their stuff together related to it. It does work now.

Hi Elise,
We Started our integration last July, and have been successful so far. There are a couple of copy-logic problems that we take care of via sql jobs. I also have had problems with auto-merging accounts, but have found a solution for batch merges. Details on this can be found here:

Probably the biggest problem we had was the mass of duplicate accounts after the fact.
