This is a question for some volunteer work I'm doing. There's a community group that's gotten together to address the issue of offender re-entry. It's made up of a variety of people - from churches to law enforcement. They're looking to establish an online presence - just to post events, share resources/referrals, maybe some docs, committee participants, etc... Any free solutions that people can recommend, something real basic?
