Has anyone else using Convio or inflow.com had a problem with being blacklisted on spam blocking sites such as Spamhaus?
Apparently another organization with a web site hosted by Convio was tagged as a spammer by Spamhaus who promptly blacklisted their IP address. Unfortunately that IP address is shared by other clients of Convio leading to returned incoming and outgoing e-mail traffic for any domain name attached to that IP address.
Spamhaus says the ISP should do a better job of policing spam originating from their clients and won't release the listing until the host or ISP provides evidence that the spam problem has been dealt with. Unfortunately any other ISP that uses the Spamhaus service will see that blacklisted IP address and block all mail traffic - including any other domain that shares that IP with the offending domain.
I'm just looking for anyone who has experienced this issue, especially if it was this past weekend or with Convio.
