One of the things I need to do this fiscal year is develop individual training plans for staff, what they use, how they use it, what they need. This isn't just BB software, but basically anything IT related. I'm wondering if others have done this & what's been effective. Have you developed a survey for info-gathering, or do you just meet with staff one-on-one? If anyone has any tips or guidance from experience, I'd love to hear about it! Thanks.
