Do y'alls use anything specific to track:

- what naming opportunities are available
- when they get "purchased"
- notification of when they expire
- inventory of what is available and for how long

I don't think this is something I want to use with RE or spreadsheet for. Let me know what you guys use!

I'm sorry I don't remember who on this site suggested it but I got the idea here to use Honor Memorial to track naming opportunities. Kudos to my unnamed genius!
I create a donor record for the overall building or project; I activate the Hon-Mem tab and create separate Tributes for each opportunity within the project. (Ex - Overall Name; plaques, rooms, exhibitry, etc.) I can then use Description and Notes to keep track of the exact naming language desired by the donor. The gift(s) are linked to the specific opportunity.
