Has anyone subscribed to the e-Learning Library offered by Blackbaud? We're a small affiliate and can't afford to send our new people away for days of training. I'm interested in the Crystal Reports and RODBA sections, too. Any opinions? Thanks.

I took two online classes and loved them. I have not been to Charleston for a class yet so cant speak to how it compares, but i found the online classes to be fine. Was also more comfortable because i was here in my office and able to put my feet up and relax. The instructor was very engaging and i would certianly recommend it.

I agree with Gerhard. We have used the online training from BB and found it very good. We have not subscribed to e-learning basically knowing our users probably won't schedule time to do that type of self training.
