Can someone please share their e-mail solicitation policy with me? We are in the process of establishing one at this time and would like to know how the wording is done in solicitation pieces such as 'I would like to receive information' or 'I would not like to receive information'. We would also like to know the policy on flexibility if any on the use of e-mail addresses for solicitation and promotional purposes if the required checkbox has not been checked.
