Duplicate country, but can't find them all with queries...any advice?

We unfortunately have a duplicate country entry and I have created many queries in order to merge them into one. I have done constituent, participant, relationship queries and I cannot track down the last few entries so I can delete the duplicate.
Is there anything obvious that I am missing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Call Support. While in the process of cleaning tables in prepartion for EE- RE integration (EE and FE were integrated two summers ago,) I found several table entries that I was positive I had removed from every possible record. (In EE there is a "Record" query type, which checks, I believe, all "people" records- and is a good way to find the hidden little fields you are describing- the ones that when you go to delete a table entry pop up with "Cannot be deleted because it is still present on one or more records.) When I demonstrated the issue to Support, they directed me to plugins for the issues I was seeing- and most of the plugins were in knowledgebase, but I would be hard pressed to have found them myself.
I would send you the plug in your are looking for, save that I needed a "delete country" plug in for EE and not RE- so mine would not work for you. If Support does not have one, they should make one for you- I know, because they had to write the "delete country" one for me.
