Has anyone used the Blackbaud E-Mail Finder service? I've been able to find quite a few threads about the Address Accelerator... but nothing specifically related to their E-Mail service. (I could be just missing it, if that is the case, please spin me in the right direction).

Any comments, complaints?

Any alternatives?

I just sent my file last week to them to do e-mail finder. I won't get the results for a few more weeks but I will try to report back when I do.

Please do let us know how the e-mail locator works for you. Our organization is considering using such a service. Printing and mailing newsletters is becoming so expensive we're looking at replacing most of the ones we send with e versions.
