We are beginning to use the media tab for electronic copies of some of the information found previously in our hard copy files (Running out of space in our file room)
I'm advocating that we embed the jpeg files to the actual record; our IT guru sever Dude is a little concerned about server space. I did read Melissa/Shaun post - is there any measurable data out there for me to give to our IT Server Guru to help (or hurt) our plan?
