Processing monthly credit card gifts in an automatic batch

Does someone have a walk thru on how to automatically process monthly credit card gifts in a batch?
Each month on the 15th I process the same gifts though a batch. I am hoping there is a solution that would automatically run the gifts for me and all I would need to do is post them to FE.
I have looked the Blackbaud website but there seems to be no easy solution.
Thanks for the help.

Do you have the EFT Module?

Are these pledge payments or recurring gifts (or both?)

You have at least 2 options:

You can create a recurring gift batch which is useful if you do not have the EFT module but is something that you have to keep updating and checking to be sure everyone is in there when you run it.

My preference is with the EFT module - you can simply set up your pledges and recurring gifts with the appropriate installment schedules, be sure that the EFT button is checked and that the credit card info is up to date and each month while in a new batch you simply click a button (under tools) and download everyone into batch who is due for a payment according to their schedule and voila - instant batch! It is great because it catches your monthly people every month, your quarterly people only in the right months and your annual people automatically on the right schedule. Your major responsibility is to keep the pledges and recurring gifts up to date if installment due dates change or people change credit cards, etc. If that is being done then the batch is perfect every time.
