Does anyone have experience with the Power User training course offered by Blackbaud?

Our development director is leaving in a few weeks, and she has all the "extra" knowledge on reports, exports, and all the higher level RE stuff that has always just been easier for her to do rather than me spend 1/2 a day to finally figure it out (only to learn there is a better way to do it of course).

I've been an RE user for almost 4 years, so I feel like even the essentials II training would be a little too basic for me.

Any feedback would be awesome!

I don't know if it's any different in the US, but the course over here (in the UK) is not actually very much different from Essentials II - other than the Power User also deals with Imports (which is also a seperate day's course). I suspect if you've been using RE for 4 years then most of the 3 days you'd be on this course would be quite unnecessary and not worth the money. Though if you have a training pass then by all means go on it - refresher courses are always quite good.

I agree with the training pass idea. That way you could have access to whatever you needed throughout the year.

Power User was good, but I found a course on Crystal to be the best bet when I needed to refresh.
