Is anyone else in the UK suddenly finding that they can no longer validate addresses and use the rapid data entry function. I appears that Satori set the expiry date a month early in the last release and now our users are finding that they have a screen full of errors when they add an address and are having to enter address in full manually - and potentially inaccurately!

credit to Blackbaud Europe, they have managed to get the problem resolved and a solution out to users just before mid-day today. Though I've yet to see an explanation of went went wrong and apology for the disruption to operations at what is our busiest time of the year.
